• Business email address and, where applicable, first name, last name and company.
• Sending data: date sent, opens and clicks on links in our emails, unsubscribes.

We send professional information related to the recipients' line of work. This processing is based on our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), within business-to-business prospecting: every message relates to the recipient's activity and lets them object to all further emails in one click.

Requests received through our forms are processed to meet our legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).

Prospecting data is kept for at most three years after your last contact with us. After you unsubscribe, we keep only your address on a suppression list, so that we never write to you again.

Your data is never sold or rented. It is processed on our own server, hosted by Spaceship (spaceship.com) in the United States.

This site uses no cookies and loads no third-party services. Our emails may contain a tracking pixel and tracked links, which only tell us whether a message was opened or a link clicked.

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection. Exercise them with the dedicated form or by email at contact@mailfastin.com. We reply within one month. You can also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.
